Apilox believes privacy is a right, not a feature. This page explains the choices you have over how your personal and health data is collected, used, and shared when using the Apilox App and services.

You may review, update, or correct your personal information at any time through your Apilox account settings.

Your health information is used only to provide healthcare services such as prescription refills, consultations, and medicine delivery. You may request access to or deletion of certain health records where legally permitted.

You can choose how Apilox communicates with you:

  • SMS notifications
  • App notifications
  • Email updates

You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

Location data is used to:

  • Find nearby pharmacies
  • Enable accurate delivery

You may disable location access in your device settings, though some features may be limited.

Apilox does not sell your data. You may request details about which partners (pharmacies, delivery providers) receive your data to deliver services.

You may request permanent account deletion by contacting Apilox support. Some data may be retained where required by healthcare or regulatory laws.
